$3,000 sign on bonus for 0-3 years of experience certified Surgical Techs Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time PT position.
Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
Position Summary The Certified Surgical Technician/LPN Scrub Nurse functions under the supervision of the circulating Registered Nurse in assisting the surgeon in the surgical treatment of patients.
He/she is expected to adhere to Operating Room standards and demonstrates knowledge of equipment, instruments, and procedures pertinent to the Operating Room.
The Operating Room Technician must have a sense of responsibility and a willingness to meet the required time assignments and work load.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education:
Graduate of accredited Certified Surgical Technologist Program, or graduate of accredited School of LPN Nursing.
New graduate of CST program 1-2 years Med/Surg experience for the LPN.

Flexibility to adapt well to change.
Competent organizational/interpersonal skills.
Competent clinical/technical skills.
Requires lifting and bending with extending hours on one's feet throughout the day.
Exposure to a variety of diseases.
