Adult Group Home Manager

As a Residential Services Manager, you will play a key role in establishing a supportive relationship with our residents, while supervising our Direct Support Professionals, working diligently to ensure the highest quality care for the individuals they support.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the Person Centered Planning process Ensure compliance with State and Agency policies and regulations QA reviews of daily documentation Ensure compliance with Individualized Behavior Support Plans Serve as the primary liaison between all other agency level departments, families and residential setting Occasionally work directly with our residents, as a Direct Care Professional.

Requirements Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent One year supervisory experience is required, preferably in a group home setting DSP and CRMA certificates are preferred upon hire Must be good with people, thrives in an active and fast paced environment, works well both independently and as a team player Must be experienced supporting individuals with various levels of disability in a variety of different settings Should have strong working knowledge and understanding of Positive Behavioral Supports/Behavioral Regulations COVID:
