Your Role:
The Food and Nutrition Manager manages all Food and Nutrition Services operations of Mid Coast Senior Health Center (42 licensed skilled nursing beds, 41 assisted living units and 17 apartments for people with memory loss) to ensure quality service, efficient operations, in compliance with current laws, regulations and organizational procedures.

Reports all unsafe or potentially unsafe patient or staff conditions immediately.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
Dietetic Technician with 2 plus years of experience in skilled nursing/senior living environment.
Or Dietetic Technician with 2 plus years of experience in skilled nursing/senior living environment.
Or 4 year Food and Nutrition degree preferred with 2 plus years of experience in skilled nursing/senior living environment.
Recommended Skills Foods Nursing Nursing Home Care Nutrition And Dietetics Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
