Our case managers play a key role in assisting individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism to access resources to live full and inclusive lives.
Children's Case Managers work closely with both the individual and their identified support group.
They provide thorough assessments of strengths and needs, comprehensive planning of services, advocacy, outreach and resource coordination that is unique to each and every person served.

Requirements:
