The AR/Customer Service Representative is responsible for the preparation of shipping documentation, billing, and accounts receivable for all company customers. The responsibilities also include the control and tracking of customer orders, work order evaluation and close and credit issues throughout the Company. The position also supports the Assistant Controller in monthly reconciliation of various balance sheets accounts and regular issuance of sales reports. This position also maintains the Fixed Assets Records. The selected candidate will have earned at least a High School diploma and offer 2
years in a similar role or with AR and some purchasing experience. Great communication skills and positive attitude are essential.
